The course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to manage resources effectively in order to promote institutional success. The course covers three main areas of resource management: human resources, financial management, and data utilization. Students will learn to manage human resources effectively by building strong working relationships with stakeholders, developing effective leadership strategies, and creating a positive institutional culture.
