Catalog description

This course explores ways that reliable and resilient workers benefit a manager and a team. Students learn how self-management strategies such as organizational skills and internal drive for success enhance productivity. Applying problem solving, planning, and effective communication further increases employability with timely task completion and high-quality work. Stress- and conflict-management techniques are also examined.
