The main goal of this course is to provide a comprehensive overview of financial strategy and its critical role in driving organizational success. Students will explore how financial strategies are developed and implemented across various organizational contexts, with an emphasis on maximizing value for both shareholders and stakeholders. Through the analysis of financial statements, students will gain insights to inform strategic and operational decisions. The course also examines key financial functions, working capital optimization, and capital sourcing alternatives that support long-term business objectives.
