Catalog description

This course provides students with the opportunity to apply theory, pedagogy, and best practices in education to understand the role of the classroom teacher. Through an application-based learning environment, students gain knowledge of specific critical issues facing schools and classrooms. Topics include qualities of effective teachers, learning environments, and professional environments.
