Catalog description

The course will address strategies to design developmentally appropriate curriculum to meet unique learning needs of young children. Using evidence-based research, students will evaluate and design curriculum and instructional methods to support children at different stages of development to address specific learning domains. The course will also address strategies to integrate play and project-based methods, support children with special needs and differentiate instruction and assessment.
