Catalog description

This course familiarizes students with the foundational concepts in business management. Students will explore the language and decision-making processes critical to effective business operations and analyze the key functions of business accounting and finance. The course also examines the role of human resources in areas such as hiring, retention, sustainability, ethics, and organizational culture. Students analyze core marketing concepts and explore how economic data, powered by technology, influences business strategies. Through case studies and practical applications, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected functions that drive successful business management.
