Strategic leaders make high-stakes decisions under economic uncertainty, balancing financial performance with ethical responsibility and long-term enterprise sustainability. This course examines the relationships between economic conditions, organizational performance, and stakeholder value. Through applied research, empirical case analysis, and data-informed quantitative modeling, students will investigate financial strategies in real organizational contexts, evaluate the ethical and operational implications of cost-benefit and risk decisions, and justify integrated operational plans that align financial performance with stakeholder value and sustainable enterprise outcomes.
