Leaders are responsible for transforming organizations under conditions of uncertainty, competing stakeholder demands, and rapid environmental change. This course examines theory-grounded approaches to organizational transformation, integrating change frameworks, environmental analysis, and stakeholder strategy into executive leadership work. Through applied research and a sustained organizational case, students will investigate the dynamics of resistance, readiness, and misperception that shape transformation efforts, evaluate the conditions that enable or stall sustainable change, and formulate evidence-based strategies that align stakeholders and produce lasting enterprise impact.
