Class to Career (1) This course introduces professional skills and mindsets to help students succeed in internships and future careers. Grounded in AU's readiness framework and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career readiness competencies, it emphasizes entrepreneurial initiative, civic discourse, artificial intelligence (AI) literacy, adaptability, and resilience. Students explore career paths and build a professional identity while learning how to identify and pursue internships and other experiential learning opportunities. They develop professional materials, strengthen communication skills, and learn to navigate professional environments with confidence. Crosslist: UGST-020. Usually Offered: fall and spring. Grading: Pass/Fail only.
