Career Exploration and Development (1) This course gives students an introduction to the career development process, from career exploration through self marketing to find a job. Through self assessment, exploration, and reflection, students refine and identify potential career interests, and gain an understanding of how their major links to careers, as well as an increased awareness of their own skills. The course emphasizes that career planning is not an event in time but rather an ongoing lifelong process.
