Introduction to Spanish Translation (3) An introduction to the methods, techniques, and problems involved in translating Spanish into English. Emphasis is on translating general material, with some consideration of the translation of specialized material. Crosslist: SPAN-658. Usually Offered: fall and spring. Prerequisite: SPAN-322, SPAN-353, or minimum score of 583 on the language placement exam.
