Environment, Development, and Health (3) This gateway course introduces the interdependent concerns of environmental sustainability, global health, and international development. Its purpose is to use the theoretical, historical, and methodological lenses within the interdisciplinary field of international studies to examine and query politics, policies, and practices across these three areas. The course draws on systems thinking to learn about context-specific, innovative, and effective ways of addressing the world's greatest challenges. Grading: A-F only. Prerequisite: SISU-105.
