Introduction to Economic Theory (3) Overview of fundamental principles of modern economic theory. Incorporates foundational concepts of both microeconomics and macroeconomics. Concepts include efficiency, comparative advantage, market structure, market failures, unemployment, inflation, fiscal and monetary policy, and balance of payments. Usually Offered: fall, spring, and summer. Grading: A-F only.
