Real Estate Investment Trust (1) The Real Estate Investment Trust Program (REIT) is a collaborative class that provides valuable, real-time experiential learning in securities analysis and portfolio management. Students learn valuation and portfolio management techniques and tools to demonstrate practical and applied knowledge in research, investing, portfolio management, and the dynamics of real estate and REIT markets. The course also explores AI research tools. Crosslist: REAL-470. Repeatable three times for credit. Prerequisite: REAL-075 or FIN-672. Permission: instructor.
