Leadership and Transformational Change in the Public Sector (3) This course examines leadership and transformational change through multiple real-world case studies, providing students with a framework to analyze different forms of leadership and enhancing their own personal effectiveness in the process of change. The course studies challenges faced by leaders in different organizational structures and circumstances, and highlights decision-making approaches, respect for historical context, cultivation of allies, use of power, effective value-guided strategic planning, and needed resources.
