Public-Private Partnerships (3) The provision of public services takes place through a variety of forms, including nonprofit organizations and business firms. This course examines the political, managerial, legal, financial, and ethical issues involved in utilizing non-governmental organizations for the delivery of public services, including the processes for deciding when to involve them and how to monitor their performance.
