Catalog description

Year-long course; three credits in the fall semester and two credits in the spring semester. Provides doctoral students the foundation necessary to succeed in the SJD Program. Topics include dissertation formulation, planning, and drafting, US and international legal research, comparison of common and civil law systems, and academic presentations.
