Catalog description

Using class discussions, scenario planning, vignettes, case studies, and boardroom tours, this course traces real estate from a cocktail napkin sketch to tenants occupying the finished building. Upon completion of this course, each student should have a sound basis in the wide range of real estate development, the legal disciplines impacting the industry, and also be able to engage in development scenario planning with a working knowledge of the component parts.
