Catalog description

This Women's Rights and Non-Discrimination course aims to provide a critical and interdisciplinary overview of Inter-American human rights standards related to violence against women and the gender and intersectional perspective, seeking to strengthen awareness and capacities regarding women's access to justice. The course will consist of interactive classes and case study analyses, addressing topics related to: the gender perspective, femicides, racial discrimination and the intersectional approach, sexual violence, discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, and reparations.
