Catalog description

This course prepares 3L and 4L students for the bar exam by further developing fundamental skills for bar exam and law practice success. Specifically, students will receive in-depth skill instruction on rapid reading comprehension; issue identification; rule mastery; critical thinking, including the recognition of distractors; and legal analysis all in the context of working bar exam style problems. While developing, using, and applying a flexible but strong analytical framework to solve bar exam problems, students also gain a strong conceptual understanding and knowledge of highly tested legal doctrines.
