Catalog description

This course examines corporate compliance and governance for health care organizations. Students will apply key compliance guidance and principles, including the seven elements of an effective compliance program, to case studies from the health care and pharmaceutical industries. With regards to corporate governance, the course will provide an overview of fiduciary duties and the specific challenges faced in the health care industry.
