Catalog description

The rights and remedies of individuals and companies collecting what they are owed as lenders, sellers, licensors, or successful plaintiffs; the effects on these efforts of the personal bankruptcies (Chapters 7 and 13) or corporate bankruptcies (Chapters 7 and 11) of borrowers/buyers/ licensees/defendants; relevant policy and social justice concerns; and practical techniques of client counseling, statutory interpretation, and legislative and transactional drafting, to maximize fairness to and predictability for affected parties.
