Strategic Thinking for Decisions (3) This course provides an integrative framework with which to approach other courses in the program by encouraging an understanding of the sources of competitive advantage. It encourages students to think strategically about the skills provided by the functional-level courses and about how those functions, as well as industry and macroenvironmental forces, contribute to company success. Grading: A-F only.
