Global Career Accelerator (3) In an increasingly global and interconnected world, the hybrid skillset of technology skills and intercultural communication (ICC) is critical and sought after by employers. In this course students work in diverse teams, build products for a diverse set of customers, and develop the digital and intercultural skills needed to succeed in an interconnected, tech-driven world. Students meet on a live platform with peers from over 40 different countries to learn to communicate and collaborate in a diverse and remote environment. The course consists of three key attributes: real-world global experiences, applied learning, and ICC. ICC assignments are applied in synchronous LiveLabs and other dynamic experiences designed to practice effective and appropriate intercultural communication within teams and in remote environments. Students choose from five experiences: digital marketing, web development, data analytics, coding for data, and career rotation.
