Catalog description

Language of Two Koreas (3) In this course students attain advanced-level proficiency in South and North Korean languages with the help of authentic materials. Students enhance their linguistic and cultural awareness by comparing the languages of the two Koreas. They gain knowledge on cross-linguistic and cross-cultural differences between the languages and cultures of the two Koreas and acquire abilities to apply their knowledge and background to practical situations. Prerequisite/Concurrent: KOR-303.
