The Constitution and Criminal Procedure (3) Constitutional standards and operation of the criminal justice system. Police practices, bail, decision to prosecute, scope of prosecution, grand jury proceedings, preliminary hearings, right to counsel, right to speedy trial, plea bargaining, discovery and disclosure, jury trial, trial by newspaper, double jeopardy, and post-trial proceedings.
