AI-Enhanced Business Systems Analysis (3) This course equips students with the skills to analyze organizational needs, redesign business processes, and translate insights into effective technology and product solutions, with an emphasis on the strategic application of artificial intelligence (AI). Through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios, students learn to gather, model, and communicate requirements, map business processes, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals. Students also apply AI tools and concepts to identify process inefficiencies, support data-driven decision making, and uncover opportunities for intelligent automation. The course also introduces change management strategies to support organizational adoption of new systems and workflows. By the end of the course, students are able to connect business goals, user needs, system design, and AI-driven improvements to support digital and AI transformation initiatives. The course is suited for students interested in AI-enabled business transformation, consulting, product development, and innovation-focused roles. Crosslist: ITEC-630. Prerequisite: ITEC-200 or KSB-113.
