Catalog description
Financial Management (3) Financial theory and techniques of analysis, including valuation theory (bonds and stocks), and managing a firm's financing, investment, and distribution decisions, including the cost of capital, capital budgeting, and cash distributions. Course content also includes sustainable financing of carbon markets and how to integrate sustainability and climate considerations into a company's decision-making process. Prerequisite: ACCT-607 and ITEC-610.
