Financial Modeling (3) This course provides students with decision-making skills derived from the ability to build, understand, interpret, and present complex financial models used in finance. The course emphasizes Excel financial modeling, financial forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation. Students use financial software applications, Python and generative artificial intelligence (AI) to construct models that generate insights and analyze the impact of financial decisions when conducting valuations of companies, stocks, bonds and other assets. Crosslist: FIN-660. Prerequisite: FIN-365 or KSB-221 with grade of C or better.
