Climate Change, Populations, and Adaptation (4) This course consists of lectures, labs, seminars, and field excursions, which provide students with a unique and hands-on introduction to the evidence that underpins the scientific study of Earth's climate, environments, and animal communities, including humans. It engages with topics including the history of life on Earth, past and present climate change, past global extinction events, evolutionary theory, the principles of geology, the evolution of humanity, and the emergence of complex agricultural communities.
