To support the development of the unit, participants explore a wide range of texts for their quality, criticality, complexity, and the diverse roles they play in secondary English language arts. Participants use student experiences, literacies, and planning frameworks to analyze and design curricula to be multi-modal, multicultural, relevant, and engaging. Grading: A-F only. Restriction: Teaching (MAT) [City Teaching Alliance].
