Introduction to U.S. Higher Education: Liberating or Constraining Opportunity (3) This course examines the structure and character of U.S. higher education with attention to how higher education can act as a liberating and/or constraining force. The course also highlights intersectional systems of oppression that influence who enters, succeeds, and benefits from U.S. higher education. Usually Offered: spring. Grading: A-F only.
