Comparative Economic Systems (3) Analysis and comparison of different economic institutions as they affect economic democracy, efficiency, and equity. Using a case study approach, the course covers the differences between the economic systems of various industrialized countries and evaluates the historical experiences of the formerly "socialist" economies. Prerequisite: ECON-100; and ECON-150 or ECON-200.
