Writing for Strategic Communication (3) Writing is a highly sought-after skill that every communicator can hone. In this course, students craft a portfolio of written materials ready for the job market, learning how to match audience, message, and medium with strategic writing. Students develop key skills including drafting, editing, and writing high-quality work under tight deadlines while they prepare writing products, including plans, news releases, pitches, speeches, digital content, and opinion pieces. Restriction: Political Communication (MA) or Strategic Communication (MA).
