Anthropology of Global Security (3) Explores intersections of security, policing, militarization, technological surveillance, and civil unrest through a survey of international and domestic conflicts. Analyzes the ways that profit-based, technology-driven processes of security effect and shape processes of statecraft, displacement, and gendered and racial violence, and examines how these combined processes impact community well-being, global health, human rights, and climate crisis.
