3 Studio Hours Prerequisites: THR 117 Description In this course, students are introduced to stage management. They each stage manage their own short production, focusing on the essential organizational skills of this theatrical role. Students experience first-hand the coordination needed between directors, designers, casts and crews. Practical experience managing an onstage production provides students with insight into the pivotal role of the stage manager from pre-production planning through performance.
