3 Skills Lab Hours Description This course provides students with an overview of common additive manufacturing techniques including 3D printing, stereolithography (SLA), fused deposition modeling (FDM) and selective laser sintering (SLS). Students completing this course complete a series of hands-on 3D printing labs and are qualified to use devices owned by the college for projects and work in other courses. Solidworks and various slicers are used to translate computer-aided design (CAD) models into printable models.
