2 Lab Hours Description This course provides students an introduction to presentation software, basic spreadsheets, introduction to word processing, folder organization, installation of programs, web conferencing features and time management skills. Students learn about computer types, hardware, networks used in hospitals, electronic health record access management and information technology support skills needed to learn and work in a remote healthcare environment.
