330 Clinical Hours Prerequisites: Acceptance into the Central Service Technician Program Co-requisites: SUR 110 Description This course assigns students to various clinical sites under the supervision of a surgical technology instructor. Students gain exposure to the various aspects of central service to obtain direct experience in instrumentation and processing, decontamination, sterilization, wrapping, equipment maintenance, distribution and case cart systems. This course requires a per credit health career fee; check the tuition and fee schedule for the current rate.
