Catalog description

This course advances construction estimating skills through in-depth cost analysis and applied digital tools. Students prepare full estimates and bid packages incorporating direct and indirect costs, subcontracting, project overhead and markup. Utilizing construction software, students generate, adjust and report estimates using regionalized data and client specifications. Emphasis is placed on digital fluency, pricing accuracy and sustainable cost analysis. Electrical and mechanical scopes are excluded.
