This is a course in the step-by-step procedures and organizational planning necessary for program construction projects using the Critical Path Method (CPM). Topics include manual and computer methods of construction, job scheduling, organization and time planning, CPM networking and monitoring of construction progress, cost controlling and determining the applications and advantages of CPM.
