12 Skills Lab Hours Prerequisites: BAC 201 Description This course develops advanced competencies in specialty masonry systems, complex layout procedures and finishing applications used in large-scale construction projects. Students analyze project specifications, construction documents and installation standards to plan integrated masonry and finishing systems. Advanced stone detailing, tile installation techniques, terrazzo finishing procedures and restoration detailing methods are emphasized. Through classroom and laboratory activities, students evaluate completed installations for dimensional accuracy, code compliance and workmanship quality while recommending corrective procedures for structural or finishing deficiencies.
