The emphasis is on vital skills for the cyber operations field, where grasping software of unknown origin is crucial. Practical applications cover malware analysis and auditing closed-source software. By the end, students can write assembly language programs, build lab environments for reverse engineering, and employ tools for static and dynamic analysis of software, including obfuscated malware.
