Catalog description

Effective project management is essential for successful professionals in homeland security and emergency management fields. This course focuses on the three main knowledge domains of project management: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Students will learn how to set up project work plans, execute those plans, and evaluate the outcomes. In addition, they will learn cross-cutting skills, such stakeholder communication and team collaboration/management.
