Catalog description

This course introduces the principles and techniques of animal handling and restraint. Topics include handling and control techniques for lab animals, domesticated animals, and other varieties. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate proper handling techniques for animals who are either frightened, injured, confined, diseased, or trapped.
