Radiographic Procedures I ((3 Units))

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Admission to the Radiologic Technology Program. Radiographic anatomy and positioning of the chest, upper airway, abdomen, and appendicular skeleton upper extremity (hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, & humerus), lower extremity (foot, ankle, lower leg, knee, & femur) in all planes. Identification of associated pathology, correct & incorrect positioning of the above listed exams. Image critique component includes remedies for incorrect positioning.
