Catalog description

Prerequisites: PSYC 100 and 30 credit hours completed, or permission of the instructor. This course is designed to provide an overview of positive psychology, which is the scientific study of human strengths and optimal functioning. Example topics include happiness, gratitude, human strengths, positive emotions, flourishing relationships, and the role of culture in positive functioning.
