Catalog description

Prerequisite: Admission to the Masters in Applied History and Public Humanities program. Introduces the practice of public or applied history. Examines the meaning of public history and some of the major activities, methodologies, theories, practical tools, and issues historians face in the field. Students will complete a project with a community partner.
