Prerequisites: [ FIN 302 with a grade of C or better], FIN 338 , FIN 343 and [ MGMT 305 or ECON 325 ]. Capstone course with analysis of financial models using advanced spreadsheet techniques. Models from personal finance, corporate finance and investments are incorporated, with applications in financial planning, forecasting, portfolio theory and security valuation, option valuation, capital investment and cost of capital.
