Prerequisites: EXER 301 . Physiology of Exercise II builds upon foundational exercise physiology concepts through the advanced study of physiological adaptations to exercise training. Emphasis is placed on cardiovascular conditioning, thermoregulation, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular function, neuroendocrine regulation, and immune responses to exercise. Laboratory experiences emphasize applied performance testing and physiological assessments. (Formerly 5550:302)
